Company Overview
Founds in 1980s, it was once state-owned enterprise,then become one limited liability company in 2005.Now five companies belongs to our headquarters: Plant I(Slewing bearing, headquarters), Plant II(Blank ring/flange), Plant III(Slewing bearing), Beijing office I(International trade office), Beijing Office II(Wind energy/solar energy).The company started produce slewing bearing since 1995, then began to supply slewing drive since 2007. Now it covers more than 100 thousands square meters, 500 sets of medium-sized/large scale equipment,800 employees. Besides,we have own Ring Forging Plant, covers more than 20 thousands squares meter for producing ring mill. We provide two kinds of products with our customers, slewing bearing and slewing drive.Its widely used for wind turbines,solar tracker,cranes,excavators,radar,robot,ship and port machinery,office automation equipment,metallurgical machinery...etc.Slewing bearing covers 6 series.The raceway diameter form 200 mm to 6000 mm. Slewing drive includes single axis slewing drive(3-28 inch),dual axis slewing drive(3-21 inch);single worm slewing drive(3-28 inch),dual worm slewing drive(14-28 inch);enclosed housing slewing drive(3-28 inch),open housing slewing drive(9-25);vertical slewing drive(3-21 inch);spur drive(12-38 inch) and so on.Over the past years,in the principle of meeting customer demands, and in the philosophy of "Technology-driven & Quality focused", the company has promoted technical progress and modern management.Now We use Germany 5S standard site management and have our QC management engineering standards.The company has possessed proprietary design and manufacturing technology and established complete CAD design system and information management system. Titanhorse have gained the trust and support from customers both at home and abroad for our excellent reputation,dependable quality and superior service.Our products are exported to many countries in large quantity,such as America,Canada,Russia,Japan,Korea,Italy,Spain, Germany,Australia,South Africa...etc
